Should have expertise in sourcing candidate through job portal, headhunting ,social sites
Should Have good Communication Skills

Required Candidate profile

strong knowledge on niche IT skills, should have laptop, internet , mobile
(On Commission basis / Revenue Sharing Model), If your interested in making extra money
Must have previous experience of IT and NON IT recruitment.
The remuneration for this role is commission based.
