HIRING for IT & Non IT Recruiters at Nexplace info

Exp: 0 to 5 years

Location: HSR layout Bangalore.

Salary: As per Industry Standards

Job Role for Recruiter

Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes for clients.
Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates.
Scheduling interviews, follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary.
Managing resumes and updating the database on regular basis.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates with the client.
Follow up with the selected candidates till they join.
Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Good at Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word.

Experience: 0 to 5 Years
