Hands-on experience on tools (JIRA/TFS/Confluence)

Comfortable with sprint level metricesaround agility

Open to explore changes around application of process frameworks

Effective conflict management experience

Good to have

Exposure to traditional project management

Experience with SAFe, Spotify Case Study, Phoenix Project

Insights to Business Analysis and ITSM life cycle

Presence in Agile community (Events, Conferences, Meetups)

Key competency profile:
