Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1 Must have experience in IT Purchase (Switches, Routers, Cameras, PA

system, Cables, etc.) at PAN India level.

2 Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
3 Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
4 Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
5 Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply
6 Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality
7 Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual

arrival time

8 Develop and implement purchasing and contract management

instructions, policies, and procedure.

9 Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices,

and quantity of supplies

10 Work with team members, supervisors, and purchasing manager to
develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships
with vendors

11 Analyze potential vendors and suppliers for future project needs
12 Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested
13 Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing,

and other financial matters

Qualification Any Graduate
Experience 2-6 Yrs.
Location Bhopal
Office Timing 9:30 AM-6:30 PM
