Title of Supervisor - Lead/ Manager
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: The Senior Software Engineer will report To Team Leader.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Able to identify problems and suggest improvements, or adapt existing methods and techniques drawing from past experiences and feedback.
- Actively acquires more complex skills, techniques, operating practices in order to progress towards full proficiency in the field of specialization.
- Small but direct impact on the business through the quality of the delivery.
- Good practical understanding of various technologies and its application.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
- Ensure quality of the deliverable for the work assigned.
- Escalate and resolve timely, the technical and module related issues to the senior.
- Analyze and evaluate user needs to come up with improved solutions.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Passion for software quality, delivering high scale services and achieving engineering excellence
- Experience in performance, scale and availability testing a plus
- Strong understanding of issues related to large-scale distributed computing and the ability to take a broad view of the system as a whole
- Self-starter, independent and with ability to come up with solutions to complex problems
- Strong problem-solving skills, mastery of data structures and algorithms, and the ability to think outside the box
JOB & REQUIREMENT :
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience
- C# .Net (3.5/4.0/4.5)
- Java Script, HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JQuery, Angular 5
- Good to have SQL Server 2008/2012, IIS 7.0 or above
- Multithreading concept
- Design Patterns
- Experience with NUnit, MSUnit, or other unit testing tools
- Platform and API development experience
- Should have complete understanding of a software product development life-cycle
- Participate in dividing features into smaller requirements / stories
- Prepare estimates for product requirements
- Prepare and maintain high level documents
- Prepare and maintain low level documents.
- Understand and follow best practices (for example: coding guidelines), applicable processes and tools
- Should have mentoring skills
- Should have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Effectively communicate during technical and functional discussions with other teams and stakeholders
- Experience working with Jira, Git
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Microsoft Certifications
- Fulltime Bachelor and/or Master degree in engineering with a minimum of 60% grade
- The ability to work independently and in small teams, partner effectively cross-group, and manage multiple priorities and deliverables concurrently
- Demonstrated ability and experience in the entire product development cycle: from design, implementation, and debugging, to shipping and maintenance

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
PG: MCA - Computers
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
