• Understand the Existing testing framework and develop the automation scripts

• Be self-driven and own the packet of deliverables and should able to co-ordinate with global team

• Plan out the task and report on daily and weekly status

• Able to comprehend the Risk associated with the deliverables

• Participate and comprehend in the code review process

• Contributing in organizational activities such as grooming junior staff, writing blogs, Hackathon etc.

• Minimum 6-12 years of Python development or automation experience

• Strong coding skills in Python as Object oriented programming

• Prior experience in Automation Framework

• Strong in Linux OS

• Exposure to storage domain with knowledge of NAS/SMB/CIFS/NFS

• Basic concept of Virtualization and File Servers

• Strong knowledge of GIT, Jenkins and Gerrit and should have been used before

• Flexible in overlapping with USA time zone for meetings and clarifications

• Strong communication skills

• Working Background of Enterprise product company

• Worked in a group of 5 to 10 people

• Understanding of VMWare, Azure and MS products

• Background of virtual storage and networking

• Familiarity with Cloud platforms

• Positive attitude, Self-starter, self-motivated

• Ability to plan activities meticulously, identifying dependencies and proactively work towards resolution

• Good communication skills to crisply and accurately report program status

• Capable of taking responsibility for tasks and ensuring a successful outcome

• Able to contribute to the work of a team while being motivated to work day to day on individual tasks
