We are currently seeking a Configuration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).
- Working knowledge of current cloud-based device management software ex. Intune.
- Interfaces with customer and account based teams on projects.
- Performs complex troubleshooting activities.
- Provides 3rd-level technical support in resolving internal and customer technical issues.
- Responsible for providing configuration management services to Account Focused/leveraged accounts.
- Should have a deep knowledge in Inventory Management, Software distribution, Patch Management using Intune
- Intune/AAD Application Creation and Deployment/Assignment
- Intune Service Administration
- Intune Mobile Application Management
- Intune Device/Profile Management
- AAD/Intune Conditional Access
- AAD/Intune Conditional Access
- Intune/Analytics Software Update Management
- Should be able to handle Sev 1 / 2 scenarios. Single point of escalation to all technical issues.
- 24/7 support for any server downtime, able to handle requests and incidents arising from SCCM infrastructure.
Qualifications
8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Demonstrates a basic understanding of current scripting technologies and batch commands.
Demonstrates basic knowledge of windows server administration to include Azure AD, domains, policies etc.
In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices.
Ability to identify, define, manage and control configuration.
