About Process: Recruitment & in-time position closure, coordinating for all recruitment related activities
Manage Industrial Relationship(IR) issues at client
Ensuring Attendance of Associates in Plant in shifts
Ensuring Retention of 97% of Associates
Manage employee relationship, labor and government authority relationship
Handle basic level legal issues, statutory and audit compliance
Managing employee life cycle management, HR operations and business intelligence support
Facilitating boarding & Lodging of associates, On-boarding, Attendance management, Payroll processing, Performance management, Exit interviews
Periodic reporting & interaction with the senior management of the organization
Deriving employee engagement and fun initiatives
Conducting periodic employee satisfaction survey
Implementation of industry best practices setting & replicating
