"PLASTIC INJECTION MOULDING EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY"

Job Description:

• Working Knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding and Break down Maintenance.
• Should have experience in handling preventive maintenance and ensure reduced down time due to tool / mould issues.
• Ability to do all types of assembly and fitting work related to tool / mould maintenance. Well experienced in hot runner system.
• Online maintenance and troubleshooting of moulds.
• Knowledge of tool room documentation History cards, Breakdown documents, Drawings, PM plans.
• Hands on experience with all type of conventional tool tool machineries: - Laser welding, surface grinding, milling, EDM.
• Basic Knowledge of Plastic components manufacturing.
• To lead team members and other department.
• System Knowledge & Communication skill.
