Job Description
The incumbent should be a BE / B.Tech - Civil Engineering with minimum of 10 - 15 years of relevant Civil Project Lead Experience in Chemical / Petro Chemical / Fertilizers Industry.
Note: Recruitment Process will be started after 2 Months.
Eligibility Criteria:
CTC: 9 Lakh - 15 Lakh / As per market standard
Languages Known: Tamil & English.

Job Description:
Skills Required
- Candidate must have project execution experience preferably in chemical/petrochemical/fertilizers industry. Experience in Green field projects will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 year's experience in direct project engineering/execution/commissioning.
- Proficient with advanced construction methodologies, Pre-Engineered Building (PEB), structural related to chemical industries and compliance with quality & safety standards.
- Comprehensive experience of co-ordination with consultants, statutory bodies, contractors, and site labor.
- Good understanding of standards and codes.
- Strong Analytical and Project Management skills.
- Passion to drive project from initiation to completion.
Key Deliverables
- Coordinate with PMC/EPC contractors/package vendors/contractors for Engineering phase and ensure that Engineering design as per good engineering practices.
- Coordinate internal and external resources associated with the delivery of assigned projects. Involvement for unidirectional flow of man and material.
- Supervising, monitoring, inspecting, measurement verification & bills processing of civil contractors.
- Coordinate with surveyors for the quantity checking and ensure that the project is executed as per Engineered quantity.
- Validate the structural drawings given by EPCM/contractors.
- Knowledge on structural soft ware will be added advantages.
- To manage project budget allocation for assigned projects.
- To coordinate for all procurement activity associated with the delivery of assigned projects, registration of procurement activity and to ensure all relevant policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Direct and coordinate the development of strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented project outcomes and provide advice on remedial action.
