We have immediate opening for the position of Deputy Manager - Business Continuity Management, Mumbai location.
Experience: 2 - 4Years
Job Description:
Support the implementation of business-wide BCP, DR program using best practices and frameworks such as BCI Good Practice Guidelines, ISO 22301, COSO and ISO 31000/Enterprise Risk Management
Plan, document and collate the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and assist in creation and closure of Risk Treatment Plans (RTP)
Maintaining the internal calendars and triggering regular updates of documentation related to BCM framework such as Policies, Processes, Procedures & Guidelines. Maintain versions and revisions to ensure that controlled versions of documents are available across sites
Collate and maintain evidences and records related to Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) as required by various Certification Systems and Client/Internal requirements.
Assist in creation and updation of documents such as recovery strategies and recovery plans in the form of Emergency Response, Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, and other relevant functional/client mission specific plans as needed.
Assist in creating tools and templates that aid in digitization BCMS.
Maintain a training and awareness calendar for BCMS. Assist in fine tuning of materials, eLearning, posters, and other job aids.
Assist in creation of the annual auditing, testing and exercising calendar. Document and log audit, exercise & test results
Assist in Tabletop Exercises, Walkthroughs and Simulations to test the Emergency Response & Crisis Management Plans.
Assist in Impact analysis and ranking critical risks for actions across business units and data center operations.
Monitor Internal and Third-Party Business Continuity compliances against Security Requirements and Internal Controls.
Assist the business, sales, operations and CRM teams in documentation and creation of artifacts for client bids and proposals.

Knowledge & Key Skills:
- Business Continuity Management System implementation experience on BS 25999 / ISO 22301 as a team member/contributor/implementer
- Exposure to internal and external audits on BCMS
- Associate certification from BCI / DRI such as ABCP / CBCI / AMBCI is preferred
Additional certifications such as those on ISO 22301 / BS 25999 / ISO 27001 / PMP are recommended
