• Responsible for delivering SIP / Lump sum targets
• Activate 75% of Mutual Fund Sub-Brokers month-on-month
• Conduct SB engagement programs every month
• Work on Inactive SBs to make them Active
• Manage 90 % of SIP Registered to Triggered ratio
• Acquisition of potential new Sub-broker/Franchise/channel partners with team & individual.
• Up selling of Financial products Life Insurance, Mutual Fund - SIP etc
• Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and a winning smile.
