Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Program management for BC/Resiliency program of WFIP
- Define and implement a robust and best in class BCP, Resiliency and Incident management framework for Business in line with Enterprise Policies for the same
- Role is responsible for leading, driving, coordinating, and facilitating Business Continuity and resiliency program for WFIP , including remediation of risks / Audit findings by working with business group/enterprise function.
- This includes working across the Business Groups for their business continuity plans across WFIP and Enterprise as well as working with the Enterprise BC/Resiliency team
- Design and conduct periodic comprehensive testing of BCP scenarios across WFIP , locations in India and Philippines and align these tests to the Enterprise BC testing Plans
- Work with the Line of Businesses within WFIP, Enterprise as well as the Business Continuity /Resiliency SME /Control Executives for Line of Business for consistent Execution of BC /Resiliency Strategy for the Business.
- Work with LOBs /Enterprise functions and teams involved in BCM /Resiliency to ensure that the System of records are current for all functions performed at WFIP
- Partner with the Global Transitions team / GSPOs LOB / Enterprise function to help decide on the Location strategy for any future migrations to ensure BC/Resiliency Objectives are suitably and proactively , planned , met in any upcoming migrations as well as Existing processes.
- As a senior member of the WFIP Business Continuity , Resiliency and Incident Management team work to ensure consistency of BCM Strategy / Resiliency across LOBs/Enterprise Functions at WFIP and help create robust platform.
- Drive BC / resiliency as a key consideration in business as usual activities to enhance Wells Fargo s ability to prevent, respond to, recover and learn from incidents in order to minimize impact to Wells Fargo, customers and the broader financial sector
- Ensure engagement between the business and technology and Enabling functions ( eg Corporate Properties , Transport , Communications , HR etc ) to strengthen and enhance business continuity /resiliency capability across WFIP .
- Management Reportout for Overall WFIP Business Continuity and Resiliency Status , including across each Business Line / Enterprise functions
- Lead and deliver on continuous tracking and report out for senior management Forums on aspects like Audit Findings /Regulatory reviews involving BCM / Resiliency
- Direct communications across Lines of Business to promote collaboration
- Report on the status of the BC/Resiliency Across WFIP as well as Businesses / Enterprise functions to respective Risk and Control Committee (RCC) or other forums /committees as defined by the WFIP Governance framework
- Design exercises and tests at the WFIP level for testing of BCM and Resiliency Plans
