Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily and weekly global project meetings
- Assist the global platform leadership with SW resource planning
- Ensure SW Development is following organizational development processes
- Ensure requirements traceability within the SW platform
- Execute organizational configuration management plan
- Assist Senior PM with ASPICE
- Support platform change control process
- Regularly report the project status of software platform to internal management team
- Track and ficilatate SW releases
- Resolve blocking issues with local development team
- Other duties as defined by supervisor
Basic Qualifications:
- REQUIRED Specific Knowledge, Expertise, Coursework
- Exemplary English verbal and written communications skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Self starter and self motivated
- Good interpersonal skills and can interface with peers, leadership, and customer teams
- Knowledge of embedded software devopment processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneiously
- Knowledge of Software PLM tools
- Experience with SW planning
- REQUIRED Degree and/or Training, including specifically defined educational equivalent
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- REQUIRED Certifications/Licenses
- None required.
- Functional safety and/or ASPICE certifications are not required but would be beneficial to the role.
- REQUIRED Specific Prior Experiences
- 12+ years of experience working with embedded software or hardware.
- REQUIRED Physical Demands
- This position requires the ability to use a computer and other common office equipment
- Ability to travel internationally by airlines is required
Desired Qualifications :
- Expereince with SW collaboration and PLM Tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, DOORs)
- Experience working with SW requirmeents
- ASPICE knowledge
- Automotive software development experience
- Ability to speak comfortably, clearly, and confidently in front of an audience
- Listening skills, teamwork skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, negotiation skills
- Customer focus, able to plan and organize, efficient, flexible / adaptable, reliable, motivated
