Key areas of responsibility:
Will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing calls through our call centre
Handles all external & internal incoming calls
Telephonic appointments for consultants are taken across the Karnataka Region and other units
Takes messages for staff & Senior Management
Responsible to handle spill over calls from Karnataka and other units during the day and night
Maintain call MIS on a daily basis with customer information for all calls handled
Responsible to ensure zero missed calls by undergoing proper training and handling maximum
calls

Required Candidate profile
Note:-
1. Must have Good Communication skills and personality
2. Night shifts is mandate or rotational shifts.
3. Knowledge about Healthcare industry
4. No Interviews on Sunday or Public Holidays
5. Need Hospital/Healthcare Experience
