Hiring For Lead Recruiter-BPO, Bangalore

Qualification - Graduate

Experience- 4 to 6 years in BPO recruitment should having experience in Team handling

Salary - Upto 4.5 L

Working days - 6 days

Role:

*Responsible for full life - cycle recruiting * Managing vendor / client relations. *Responsible for preparing weekly and monthly reports for evaluating the performance of recruiters and sourcing executives. *Excellent Vendor Network and Vendor Management Skills *Outstanding interpersonal skills , creativity , flexibility and maturity.

* Very good understanding of the business deliverables of the resources with in the stipulated time.

* Possess overt persuasion and negotiation skills

* Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy / compliance

* Aggressive, Quick Learner, Target Oriented

Immediate Joiner Preferred

Note:- Candidate should have work from office on daily basis.
