Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor processes and controls to mitigate compliance risks
- Coordination of cross-team large scale deployment efforts to cloud environments including those requiring geo-sovereignty and isolation
- Preparing and deliver status messaging to senior leadership
- Develop clear, high-quality, well-documented processes that exceed industry benchmarks
- Work cross-team with Azure, Office, DSRE, and centralized support teams
In addition, this position requires:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and changing business requirements.
- Ability to speak and present to leadership effectively.
- Ability to influence operations and engineering teams with control design and implementation.
- Ability to successfully collaborate, drive clarity, and ensure communication between stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of demonstrated program management experience
- BS in Computer Science or related field
Preferred qualifications:
- 5+ years of demonstrated program management experience
- Experience with program management for cloud computing, online services, enterprise software development, engineering and/or operations at scale.
- Strong understanding of certification requirements and translating into actionable engineering plans
- Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills and proven ability to drive initiatives across organizations
- Attention to detail and willingness to dive into technical details
- Basic awareness and experience working information and data governance
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), and/or PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred but not required.
