Job Description

Position Title : Officer - HR (*Female only)

Experience : 2-5 yrs

MBA HR/MHRD/ MLW, MPM /*Graduate(HR Specialization)

Location : Patiala

Dmart is offering excellent HR Generalist role, of handling entire life cycle from Recruitments to F&F of 150-200 employees.

This position will independently handle the following roles & responsibilities :

Manpower Mapping

Recruitment coordination

On boarding & Joining formalities & Induction of new joinees

Personnel file Management

HRIS Management

Monthly attendance and leave records management

Management of Contract employees

Driving the entire Employee Engagement Activities

Payroll processing

Statutory compliances

Learning & Development

Grievance handling

Exit Formalities including processing of Full & Final settlements

Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate
