Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Currently, we are Hiring for "Regional Manager - Sales and Distribution" position as per the following criteria:.

Motivate the distributors and marketing executives to deliver on their sales targets.

Understanding the professional research process and have the ability to quickly develop an in depth understanding of Feed & Feed Supplements sales.

To identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B channel.

Work closely with the head office to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.

Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings.

Develop a monthly territory -wide and district-wide sales strategy detailing the roles of the distributors and marketing executives.

Products to be handled : Cattle Feed, Fish Feed (Sinking & Floating), Poultry Feed.

Graduate / post graduate with 7 to12 yrs of experience in any relevant industry shall be preferred.

Candidates from - Cattle Feed, Fish Feed, poultry Feed, Pet Feed shall be preferred.
