Job Description

3-5 years of experience in Presales & Proposal management
Must have handled Medium/large RFP's independently
Experienced in working with internal teams, including technology practices, delivery, operations, and finance to build compelling responses that leverage the Xoriant value proposition and track them through resolution.
Support all aspects of the RFP response process, including researching customer inquiries and creating responses
Work with the Sales team to respond to assessments, questionnaires, vendor set up forms
Assist the RFP team by compiling RFP response content using company resources
Maintain accuracy of grammar, spelling, and punctuation; format text, pictures, graphics, etc., for aesthetics, quality, and adherence to company specifications
Provide final submissions to sales representatives or directly to customers

*Graduate(Engineering graduate Preferred) MBA from tier 2 college
