Candidate Profile - Minimum Graduate in managerial/ senior managerial role with FMCG / Retail / Hospitality / Manufacturing sector with team handling experience Is able to Lead a large team and consistently set performance standards, is able to multi task by using available resources. Sets clear goals and drives people by providing direction & guidance, has good process knowledge. Takes Initiative in managing the store & coordinating with the category, has proven experience of managing complexities, exhibits high involvement & ownership and connects well with the team. Takes additional responsibilities voluntarily. Is confident in liasoning with govt. officials etc. Excellent in coordination with various functions & departments. Is outgoing and approaches people on their own to find solutions to business challenges. Is passionate about his work and demonstrates high commitment & energy consistently.

Job Role:
Is responsible for store opening/closing based on the shift. Conduct Daily briefing, weekly meetings and weekly briefings. Develop a strategy for implementation of manpower plan. Recruitment of Sales Associates, packer, cashiers, housekeep & security staff.
Induction of new joinees,
On the Job Training. Coach & guide team members. Conduct monthly reviews and share Feedback, prepare development action plans. Ensure performance standard, discipline & grooming standards are maintained.
Analyse and study various reports , conduct floor walks. Ensure Timely vendor payment. Ensure preventive maintenance. Conduct Dry Run (for critical equipment). Lead the Emergency Response Team, organise the Fire Mock Drill every month, conduct training on fire safety. Design strategy for Pilferage Control. Follow a strong room process at opening, closing.
Ensure proper function of Customer Service (SRT). Supervise availability of Trolleys, baskets & bags. Study audit report and design & develop action plan. Prepare an end to end plan with timelines for stock take. Conduct property walks.
Develop a Back Up plan in case of emergencies. Ensure Quick Check Out. Ensure proper Parking management. Develop a positive image of the store in the vicinity. Plan for festivals & seasons. Identify & discuss opportunities for better space management. Interact with government officials during their visit to the store.
