Job Description
Operations Responsibilities:
Project Delivery:
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Define a detailed and comprehensive project plan to be shared with clients as well as project delivery team.
- Ensure that the Project Team has a clear understanding of the Project Deliverable s (scope, timelines etc.,).
- Participate in workshops with the customer and other stakeholders (e.g. System Integrator s, Data Migration Team, functional consultants etc.)
- Execute the project within the defined constraints
- Regularly monitor & control the scope, time & cost
- Define & manage risks effectively
- Report on progress, issues, actions regularly
- Manage project closures with appropriate documentations like lessons learnt etc.
Practice Building:
- Share best practices done in projects across the practice
- Ensure to update project data repository in the centralized practice area
- Contribute in practice building by providing training, developing solutions for building efficiencies
- Adopt & champion organization & practice wise processes
- Contribute towards presales & solution activities e.g. estimations, presentations etc.
People Management:
- Coach team members and keep improving the talent pool
- Provide feedback to team members on a continuous and on-going basis
Desired Skills:
- Work Experience 12 years
- Experience managing projects as project manager 5 years + with 10+projects
- Must have over seas experience: 3+ years managing international clients projects.
- Domain Experience required in Managed master data projects around materials, vendor/customer, EAM, retail, manufacturing, chemicals domain
- ERP Experience in SAP MM, EAM, MDG, Data Migration, Maximo
- Software's knowledge in Excel, Access, SQL, Machine Learning
