- Involve in handling Branch Manager and on roll Team of FLS
- Overseeing sales operations, meeting targets and managing the sales team in the region.
- Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
- Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
- Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads
- Should drive the team towards target achievement
- Implemented key business development initiatives in the territory
Job involves relationship building, sales also coordinating for smooth and interactive business activities.
CTC: Max Rs 9.5 Lacs per annum (depending on the current CTC)

Job description:
- Maintaining on roll Team of FLS
- Provide Handholding and sales orientation to FLS Joint Calls.
- Identifying Training Requirement of FLS and handhold via L&D Manager or personally conduct them as and when required.
- Periodic review of FLS.
- Drive Business Target.
- Ensure that leads generated by the call center are allocated, tracked and closed.
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
- Business Reporting, MIS on sales call, Lead Utilization and conversion are tracked, maintained and reviewed on daily basis.
- Drive various R&R at the team level as defined by the company from time to time.
- Man-management
CTC:Max Rs 6.5 Lacs per annum (depending on the current CTC)
