Summary
SAP IT Business System Operations is delivering and running SAP s core Business Systems. We deliver services follow-the-sun from three regions (EMEA/AMER/APJ) having a strong international focus and cultural diversity. Our organization is expanding its delivery and support team in the EMEIA time zone.
Role
As IT Technical Consultant you will be responsible for the delivery of complex SAP landscapes by providing technical expertise and support. Planning, setup, implementation and operation of SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLA requirements. Proper documentation, the definition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes and roll out of this information/knowledge to the rest of the team. Cooperation and coordination of international teams in global projects.
Candidates are expected to bring excellent enthusiasm, communication skills, and a willingness to learn
Role Requirements
- University degree in computer science, Mathematics, natural science or comparable environment
- At least 3+ years experience as Technical SAP NetWeaver Consultant ,ABAP and Java basis administration, BO, SAP NetWeaver certification highly beneficial
- Experience in the key technical areas SAP Mobile, HANA DB and technical monitoring with SAP Solution Manager
- Confident handling of Linux and Windows
- Knowledge in Cluster Technologies is beneficial -MSCS, AutoStart, Pacemaker
- Ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams
- Ability to automate administrative and operational systems support functions is an advantage (Like scripting and DevOps tools in cloud environments).
- Strong working knowledge in technical documentation and knowledge productization
