Roles and Responsibilities

• Enrol employees in retirement plans, recording how much they wish to contribute from each pay check, as well as how they wish to invest the money. Make changes to the plan when employees request them compile period summaries or reports about the value of accounts.
• Support clients in maintaining accounts, transaction & payroll processing, Compliance testing, 5500 and other back end operations of retirement plans.
• 401k/pension specialists answer questions about retirement plans, including information about eligibility, any matching or funding done by the employer and about investing options. Do not provide financial planning services, however, and cannot advise employees about where to invest their retirement plans.
• Maintaining Bank Accounts, Daily Entries, Reconciliation of bank account-Money market , Checking Account, Fees /Charge Calculation, Daily Operation like Creating blue print for new plans
• Manage closing, financial controls, compliance, forecasting, budgeting and process and project improvements.
• Oversee the efficient operation and cost effectiveness of operating systems and programs.
• Manage the planning and coordination of the preparation and distribution of financial management reports.

Ideal candidate:

• Certification or Specialization in Accounts/Finance.
• Qualification-MCOM,BCOM,MBA(Finance).
• Basic knowledge of Ms Excel.
• Candidate should own laptop.
• Preferred location -Gurugram/Chennai
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Good written and verbal skills
• Typing skills
• Computer Proficiency
