Job Description
Urgent requirement of Purchase Manager/ Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive -Purchase/SCM/Procurement (Experience in Distribution Projects)
Experience Level: 04 Years to 15 Years.
Work Location : Hyderabad
Our client looking for young and dynamic person to Procure the material for their Transmission and Distribution Projects.
Client doing Projects Like: DDUGJY, RGGVY , RAPDRP, 33 KV , 132 KV, Substations, LT and HT line materials.
Their present Clients: JBVNL, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN), KPTCL, MVVNL etc.,
Salary - As per Market standard
We are looking experienced candidates from distribution (Rural Electrical) Projects only
( Non electrical projects experience candidates pls do not to apply for this )
Job Description:
To Obtain Indents from site for material requirement.
Identify approval vendors & sending RFQ.
Prepare CS and submission to Accounts.
Monitor DI & PO Quantities.
Prepare note for approvals and follow up for payment.
Collect Inspection Calls from suppliers.
Prepare Inspection call letters and submitting to Board.
Coordinate the concerned person in board and tracking the inspection calls.
Track the inspections and collecting inspection reports.
Prepare Work order and purchase order to vendors and Sub- contractors.
Plan for Monthly Budget & Materials requirements.
New Vendor development, Vendor selections & regularizing the vendors.
Negotiate the prices and other related terms in the purchase orders with concerned approval.
Organize the transportations & organize the Transit Insurance.
Update the Market information on time intervals.
Follow up with suppliers up to receiving the materials at sites.
Should maintain the supplied quantity and pending quantity and Closing the purchase order.
Should maintain records for Materials receipt & Materials Rejection in quality standards.
Materials acceptance to the suppliers.
Daily coordinate with the internal team and stores team, Guide the team to maintain proper records.
Candidate should have good experience of negotiation of payment modes like PDC/LC/B.G's etc
