JOB RESPOSIBLITIES
We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company's success according to trends and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will be passionate for the "art" of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.
The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer's interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
Required Candidate profile
1. Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;
making presentations to hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector.
2. Visit Branches on Daily Basis Mangolpuri, Yamuna Vihar, Haringer , Model Town, Nagloi , Budh Vihar
3. Visit hospitals corporate groups to promote Oncology, cardiology, Radiology, pathology, Neurology, Urology test & to develop to franchise modals and to promote the biasness in Delhi & NCR.
4. Building and maintaining positive work relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff;
5. Keeping detailed records of all contacts;
6. Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets;
7. Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager. Generally, medical sales executives have their own regional area of responsibility and plan how and when to target health professions;
8. Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings;
9. Keeping up to date with the latest clinical & hospital data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations;
10. Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products;
maintaining knowledge of new developments in the National Health Service (NHS), anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly;
11. Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector;
12. Staying informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
With branches over Delhi & NCR we require the Medical Representatives for the development of those branches & create the franchise models for the Diagnostic & Educational Institutes affiliated from Singhania University & NIOS.
Marketing Executive has to tie-up with Education institute & Schools.
