We have an urgent requirement for the post of Branch Training Manager- Agency@ Bangalore for leading Insurance Base Company.
Job Location: Ludhiana
CTC: Upto 8 LPA
Position : Branch Training Manager - Agency
Role Summary:Conducts training as per the defined levels for the assigned channel.,manages anddevelops assignedtrainersand TOs andmanages and executes training schedules for the location.
Reports To:Zone Training Manager
Supervises:Direct: Assignedtrainersand TOsIndirect: IRDA Training Institutes in the zone
Job Dimensions:
StakeholdersInternal:City Heads Training,Trainers, Training Service Providers, Managers, Regional Development Managers in their Zone
Training as per assigned Channel
: All Levels
Corporate Channel: Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4
Bank Assurance: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4
Broking: Level 2 and Level 3
Manage the local training resources and training schedule
Manage & Develop assignedTrainersand TOs on a day to day basis
IRDA passing percentage of advisors should be minimum 80%
To announce monthly training schedules by the 5thof ever month
Submit weekly / monthly reports to Head of Distribution Training
Ensure all IRDA rules and regulations are followed asfar as training is concerned (Defectfreeadherence to IRDA rules and regulations)
To ensure training records are maintained and updated constantly
Experience:
4 years of Insurance Training experience.
