Roles and Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for generating revenue across all products (Trading, Investing, TPP) & business development, through unbiased, providing high-quality investments advisory to Retail / HNI Clients.
- To develop new customer & business relationships for the Company. Service & manage existing relationships. A combination of which leads to greater revenue generation, profitability, customer good will and market visibility.
- To acquire and build relations with High Net worth, Retail and corporate customers for the company through
- To lead a sales team & achieving revenue and acquisition targets
- To provide end-to-end service solutions to existing customer relationships on a pro-active manner
- Responsible to manage sales and expansion of Equity, Distribution business & broking activities
- To educate all segments of customers with various investment avenues available and to provide high quality advise to them on their assets allocation.
- To gauge the customers risk appetite, time horizon and provide him advisory services in line with customers
- Understanding the sensitivity involved in various business classes and providing them services within a prescribed turn around time (TAT).
- Conceptualise & implement sales promotional plan through various marketing channels
- Updating customers on the changes an trends on the business landscape
- Continuous updation of the MIS Reports or any other business reporting (daily-weekly-monthly sales reports)
- One point of contact for the customer for all their financial needs.
- Resolution of clients queries at the initial level and escalate the major queries to the reporting relations
- Cross Sales of other products and services of the organisation
- Accountable for achieving the pre-defined targets for Sales, Revenue and Profitability within a given time-frame (weekly, monthly, quarterly revenue) set for the business.
- Accountable for maintain branch P&L and as a Profit Centre
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good conceptual & operational understanding of capital market products viz Equities, Derivatives, Commodities, Currency Derivatives, Forex, Mutual Fund, Third Party Products etc
- Manage our businesses from any designated branch under the Profit-Center concept, by executing the Companys business strategy locally
- People Management & Staffing / Team Building skills.
- Should have the required ability to identify the required target segment (focus group) and address the same
- A good track record of successful business management (individual / branch level) or entrepreneurship
- Should have reliable knowledge about competitor strategies
- Optimize team building, employee morale & supervisory quality as per Companys HR policies.
- Should have communication skills which are clear, precise, articulate
- Should have excellent networking skills in order to generate leads & referrals
- Presentability & a pleasing personality to represent our corporate image, ethos & values in all customer interfaces
- Persuasive ability backed with strong belief in self, products and organisation
- Should have the required analytical skills to understand business & research reports
Should be customer centric
Minimum Qualification
Post Graduate/MBA /Graduate with NISM Certification
Minimum Experience
7+ Years Experience in stock broking business as a profit center management
