We are hiring Lead Generators for our Sales Team @ Amazing Solar Group - Vadodara, Gujarat.
Job brief:
Your main role is to contribute in generating sales for Amazing Solar. You will be responsible for generating sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships and maximize profitability.
Prerequisite:
Shift: To be able to work from 5:00 am - 2:00 pm IST. & Saturday: 5:00am-12:00 noon IST.
Education: Minimum +2 and above
Experience: 0 - 2 Year
Added Advantage: if you have experience in the Solar Industry.
English Communication: 5 Star - English rating
Experience:
o Proven experience as Telesales-Lead Generation Specialist or other sales/customer service role.
o Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
o Brilliant communication skills.
o Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
o Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Attitude:
o Results-oriented - go-getter and can do!
o Self-Motivation & ability to work independently
Job Responsibilities - Primary:
o Close / Win deals.
o Maintain records of calls and sales/clients and note useful information.
o Educate customers on how solar can benefit them financially and its environmental impact.
o Prepare and send quotations, daily follow-ups and Close Sales.
o Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation by resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
o Meet sales KPIs.
Job Responsibilities Secondary:
o Actively seek out referrals from the existing customer & new inquiries/bookings.
o Training new telesales members as and when required.
o Other marketing and sales activities as required
o Take a daily dose of achieving success (self-training) update your knowledge base and skillset.
o Periodic Reporting to Management.
o Entering data into the database and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
o Other Administrative tasks: Like Project Coordination, Internal Team Support etc.
o Should attend Weekly Team meetings.

1. Generate inquiries - by Given Leads or by Cold Callings.
2. Consistently close one, two or more deals on a daily basis
3. Passing clients complains to relevant team members in order to resolve the same.

1) Solar products, amazing packages, competition, industry knowledge.
2) Communication, sales, persuasion skills and asking right questions.
3) Pick your seniors brain, find a mentor or accountability partner.

Salary Package: Fix Salary: Rs.22000 Rs.35000 pm + Uncapped Incentives: If you have potential to earn more. - Sky is the limit.
