To handle End To End RECRUITMENT CYCLE in to various sectors from Middle to Top level Management profiles.
SOURCING of the CV of the candidates according to Client's requirements from various ONLINE CHANNELS such as SOCIAL MEDIA & PROFESSIONAL PLATFORMS like by using different Job Portals like TIMESJOB.COM.
SCREENING of the CV according to the requirement.
ARRANGING telephonic round of interview of the Candidates.
SCHEDULING the primary round of the interview of the Candidates.
FOLLOW-UP on strong basis of the candidates after the interview gets done until the requirements gets closed.
FEEDBACK from candidates as well as from client side.
PLACING the RIGHT candidates to the requirements of the client to make them satisfied.
FULFILLING the vacancies/requirements of client company.
