Contract Duration: 6-8 Months of contract
Free cab facility (to Dwarka, gurgaon, mehruali,sultanpur, Ghittorni, Mahipalpur, AF Rajokri, Rajorkri, Manesar and other near by location in Gurgaon and chattarpur(Saturday & Sunday's are fixed off)
Primary job responsibilities
- Be responsible for providing a great customer experience to the customers by actively managing issues through the case management life cycle in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
- Should be able to manage SAP CRM Support process.
- Provide support via phone, chat, and email to regional support teams, IT and end users
- Follow established case support processes and procedures
- Follow established procedures to identify, prioritize, and escalate priority issues to the appropriate resources
- Actively identify recurring issues or "value-add" areas to then propose process or systematic solution improvements
- Write and update knowledge base documentation ensuring that our customers and teams have the most up to date information
- Participate in the evolution of team best practices, standards, and policies to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support
- Participate in special projects and take on special assignments as needed
- Facilitate success of global user acceptance test (UAT) testing of new on-demand features and functionality to ensure quality and consistency of SAP CRM releases
- Work under tight deadlines; work extended hours as per the requirements
