Education: Masters degree in Business Development/Marketing

Salary Package: 2, 00,000 per Month depend on interview

Essential
A masters degree in Business Development/Marketing
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience comprising business development, product marketing, and fund raise
An experience in Agri Business would be suggestive and an additional preferred quality
High-level communication skills
Stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to negotiate
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
Conflict resolution
The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
Experience working to and exceeding targets Experience working directly with partners in international markets including South East Asia, China, Central and South America, Western Africa, and Europe.
Familiarity with current technology, products, and players in the crop inputs domain including insecticides, fungicides, fertilizers/nutrients, and growth regulators.
A demonstrated ability to deliver meaningful commercial results with limited staff and resources, by drawing upon key industry relationships, effective business development, sales best practices, and
sheer will.
Will be an asset, if he can communicate in native language
Preferable
Short description - Oversee the formation of business partnerships and negotiation of contracts.
Lead company's planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company growth.
Manage business development and sales staff.
Role:
-developing and executing company sales and marketing plans, including implementing new ideas and tools for the company.
-work closely with a team of salespeople, management and lower-level employees.
-secure contracts with new customers, as well as manage ongoing contracts.
-develop and maintain a network of contacts within and outside of the company.
-To raise funds periodically to sustain operations and increase the valuation of the company by directing right innovations and exploring the market fit
Remuneration
Fixed and a variable component, along with ESOP options based on the profile of the candidate
