Qualifications & Experience:

• 1 to 5 years experience of working in agency sales

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of Advisors & Leaders
• Identify and analyze opportunities for product pitch and/or services in support of business goals
• Monitor advisors overall effectiveness throughout the sales process
• Coach advisors on specific sales techniques, towards improving their effectivity and efficiency
• Drive and enable technology adoption amongst advisors
• Oversee sales management activity amongst advisors and escalate to Territory Director in case of challenges
