Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

4 to 5 years of relevant experience
Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
At least 2 years of working experience on relevant position
Tools & Processes
Proficient knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly
Communication & Presentation
Customer service oriented.
Very good interpersonal skills: ability to communicate with end users, gather their business requirements and provide solutions
Ability to communicate effectively with IT developers and testers
Ability to press for a timely and complete response from stakeholders
Ability to present information to a variety of different audiences both virtual and on-site.
Data Analysis
Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity
Ability to design bespoke analysis, reports and dashboards
Desirable:
Experience in using Business Intelligence, data visualization tools, such as Tableau, OBIEE, etc.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Commercial Real Estate knowledge and experience
