Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
• At least 2 years of working experience on relevant position
• Tools & Processes
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly
• Communication & Presentation
• Customer service oriented.
• Very good interpersonal skills: ability to communicate with end users, gather their business requirements and provide solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with IT developers and testers
• Ability to press for a timely and complete response from stakeholders
• Ability to present information to a variety of different audiences both virtual and on-site.
• Data Analysis
• Attention to details with a strong focus on accuracy, data validation and data integrity
• Ability to design bespoke analysis, reports and dashboards
• Desirable:
• Experience in using Business Intelligence, data visualization tools, such as Tableau, OBIEE, etc.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Commercial Real Estate knowledge and experience
