Synopsis of the Business Initiative :
How often have you seen college graduates struggling to gain employment after completing their degree?
Hard reality is that degree is not a sure shot way to employment. Statistics show that only 20% of graduating students in a year are able to fetch jobs in formal sector. Surprisingly on the other hand, Industry complains of skills gap in freshers joining the workforce.

Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibility Areas:
This will include but not limited to
- Preparing business reports and decks with data insights
- Prepare models to guide strategy and execution plans
- Prepare planners and dashboard to track key business KPIs and prepare insights
- Generate business insights using consumer data
- Collating and analyzing data from various sources to solve business problems
- Assist management in strategy and decision making through data insights
- Conduct primary and secondary research to evaluate business opportunities
- Any other related item necessary to achieve role objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential Attributes
- Educational Qualification - Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Management from tier 1 college or strong practical experience
- More than 3 years work experience is required
- Prior experience as Business Analyst or Strategy role
- Strong data analytics and visualization skills
- Strong story-telling & articulation skills ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights & recommendations for technical & non-technical audience
- Prior experience in developing business models and investment proposals for own company or clients
- Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Management from tier 1 college or strong practical experience
- Advanced Knowledge of excel, SQL, visualization and presentation tools

- Able to work in fast paced evolving environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and work with stakeholders
