Role: Senior Service Now Admin / Developer
Work Timings: PST Hours (6.30 PM - 04.00 AM IST) - Rotational Shifts
The Senior ServiceNow admin assumes responsibility for leading and administering the ServiceNow platform. As the Senior Service Now Administrator, work on a wide variety of implementations, integrations, and upgrades within an ever-changing ServiceNow landscape. Senior ServiceNow Administrator work across multiple teams driving value by implementing new workflows and modules in ServiceNow. He/she will also participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex business requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
5-7 years administrating and supporting ServiceNow.
Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Must have experience in ITSM (Incident, Request, Problem, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge), ITBM (Idea, Demand, Project, Resource, Finance). ITOM experience is desired.
Solid experience across Design, develop and test ServiceNow based ITSM & ITBM solutions.
Excellent Design and configure Workflow skills, Forms and Policies. Configure Reporting and Analytics.
Solid SDLC experience covering ServiceNow Development.
Hands-on Development experience of Form Customization, Business Rule, Client Script, Script Include, UI Policies, Security Rules and other objects of Service-Now.
Solid Hands on experience in Javascript, VSTS, Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, REST/SOAP and of working in a SaaS environment.)
Proven success with ServiceNow report and dashboard development Experience across Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow platform.
Must be able to Develop and write clear and concise technical process documentation.
Hands-on experience in creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI/Data, Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions, Workflows, .
Proficiency in ITIL best practices and Experience working in an Agile development environment
Excellent understanding of IT business processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written.
ServiceNow Administrator Certification is required.
ITIL Foundation Certification is desired.
Service now Implementation Certification is desired.
Ability to work on PST time zone
