Education - Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering/ Management from tier 1 college (IIT/BITS/IIM) or strong practical experience

More than 7 years (3+ years in product development)
Synopsis of the Business Initiative:
How often have you seen college graduates struggling to gain employment after completing their degree?
Hard reality is that degree is not a sure shot way to employment. Statistics show that only 20% of graduating students in a year are able to fetch jobs in formal sector. Surprisingly on the other hand, Industry complains of skills gap in freshers joining the workforce.

You will be part of the core team to develop the new employability business and solve a critical need of the society. This strategic initiative will be the largest growth driver for Centum and Career skilling ed-tech.
Key Responsibility Areas:
The incumbent will a part of core team responsible to build & scale new learning business.
This will include but not limited to
- Work closely with business to identify product opportunities, ideate and work towards their launches
- Develop the product strategy and roadmap that balances consumer, business and technical priorities
- Define and develop product in terms of workflows, features, funnel optimization and conversion rates across web and mobile
- Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Running beta and pilot programs with early stage products and samples
- Drive growth of users, engagement and revenue through iterative product interventions
- Explore and understand core consumer behavior to map user journey and find creative ways to create value for customers and organization
- Build competitive advantage through superior product and experience
- Working closely with diverse teams (including internal and external stakeholders) to deliver quick Go-to-market with optimal resources
- Continually evolve and implement the product management process to ensure optimal efficiency and excellence in execution
- Manage multiple projects in a timely manner with high quality
- Skills & Qualifications required:
Essential Qualifications & Experiences--
Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)
- Prior experience in end to end product development for B2C internet businesses in agile environment
- Deep sense of customer empathy and UX design sensitivity
- Prior record of building great customer experiences and product launches
- Strong understanding of technology, product development, product management, planning
- Knowledge of wide range of product development and design tools
- Coding experience is a plus
- Experience in product launch for EdTech or learning companies is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
