Job Description

• Develops software that processes, stores and serves data for use by others
  
• Implements Target Data Flows
  
• Designs and Implements necessary Data Transformation
  
• Integrates Defined Data Quality Rules
  
• Tune Big data applications on Hadoop and non-Hadoop platforms for optimal performance
  
• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems by analyzing business processes, systems and industry standards.
  
• Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect and standardize data that helps generate insights and addresses reporting needs.
  
• Design or develop data model and enrich the analytical data sources for further usability and availability by adopting advanced & cutting-edge technology.
  
• May also conduct minor to advanced data analysis, wire-frame, and develop dashboards and visualizations; and prepare senior leader briefings or support the development of data-informed strategic frameworks to help guide the future of analytics programs.
  
• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in data engineering; Advanced knowledge of SQL
  
• Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, business partners and leadership) and external (business community, clients and vendors) within a matrix organization to ensure quality standards for service.
  
• Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
  
• Experience with designing DataMart, Data Warehouse, database objects within relational databases MySQL, SQL Server is required
