The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation programme, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

 Position: Business Development Executive- Lead Generation

Job Role:

  • Responsible to generate leads for Yangpoos educational services through cold calling
  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to manage inbound leads and generate outbound leads opportunities;
  • Provide engaging and articulate information about educational programs details to potential customers and build sales pipeline for the Sales Team.
  • Counsel and advise customers in specific curriculum decisions including the choice and scheduling of courses of educational programs
  • Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM system.
  • Meet personal targets and work towards Yangpoos sales goals and profitability
  • Develop a strong knowledge of educational services in order to facilitate the sales process and understand how the benefits of educational services can meet customers needs.
  • Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, to discover their needs and develop a positive relationship with the customer;
  • Work closely within a sales team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues;
  • Provide accurate and timely information as required to project managers, the delivery team and senior management;
  • Closing a sale with self-efforts and skills
  • Having Expertise or a zeal to learn all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion

Required Experience, Skills and Qualification:

  • Good communication skills over English and Hindi is a must-have attribute
  • Candidates should be a good listener and expert at presentations
  • Candidates should be able to handle sales pressure
  • The profile shall include cold calling
  • Keen interest and passion for sales and growing business
  • Ability to coordinate with the educated and evolved customer base
