Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Analyst will support the RatingsXpress product leadership in Product Management, serving the following customer segments: Investment Management, Investment Banking, Insurance, Commercial Banking, and Non-Financial Corporates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating non-compliant use of ratings intellectual property in the marketplace and engaging with clients/prospects on remediating such non-compliant use, reviewing and understanding, reviewing and negotiating contract terms

Support the third party reporting process, including creating and maintaining large databases of client information for tracking of entitlements; identifying and extracting data from internal and external applications; and working closely with Product Management to ensure appropriate licensing of clients

Provide research & analysis support to Product Management

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree required (preference for background in finance, business, economics or related subject)
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM databases (preferred 2-3 years relevant experience)
• Strong ability to extract, analyze and synthesize large data-sets
• Basic knowledge of finance, the financial market and our company
• Willing to work varying shifts
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detailed oriented and possesses strong critical thinking skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to synthesize information for presentation to senior management
