- World Leading Domestic BPO solve the queries/requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc. efficient customer service.
- Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
- Inbound Customer Service Centre.
- Assisting customer with making a satisfied Services.
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
Eligibility Criteria :
- Mandatory fluency in both ENGLISH & HINDI
- 24/7*365 days working environment, with 6 working days with 01 rotational Weekly Off
- Transportation is provided ONLY between 9 pm to 5 am
Education :
Freshers : Graduate or Undergraduate.
Non Freshers: 1+ yr BPO Experience must.
