Job Description
These are front end developers who have quality experience in client-side logic of web applications. They are expected to work under team leads and senior developers to complete tasks on time. Total relevant experience is expected to be between 2-4 years. However, experience is not a constraint for the right candidate.Responsibilities:
1.Developing new user-facing features using React.js
2.Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.
3.Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
4.Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
5.Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
6.Perform product analysis and development tasks of increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis.
7.Support and mentor L1 engineers to deliver projects on time.
8.Implementation of security and data protection. Integration of data storage solutions. Experience with both external and embedded databases.
9.Timely reporting of the status of the project/ task assigned to the corresponding project manager or team lead.
10.Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
11.Contributing to team meetings, troubleshooting development, production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
12.Understanding of full stack development, in-depth knowledge of design issues and best practices
13.Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
14.Familiar with various design, architectural patterns and software development processes.
15.Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective design, development, validation and support activities
16.Building software/website or adding the new feature to existing software/ website.
17.Improve functionality of existing systems. Basic testing and validations from the developers side.
18.Communicating with the client to analyse the features.
Requirements:
1.Btech/BE with any specialisation or MCA graduates.
2.Project Experience in the latest version of React JS. However, experience is not a constraint for the right candidate.
3.Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
4.Experience in front end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS and integrating APIs.
5.Good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodology
6.Familiarity with code versioning tools.
Competencies:
1.Good problem solving and analytical skills.
2.Good programming logic and mathematical skills.
3.Communication skills to interact with foreign clients and documentation.
4.Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system using APIs.
5.Good understanding of client-side templating languages
6.Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
7.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
8.Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.
9.Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
10.Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
11.Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
12.Strong unit test and debugging skills.
