Job Description
Role: Asst. Mgr./ Sr. Engr QA QC Textile/ Woven Fabric/ Textile Testing, NoidaWork Experience: 6+ Years
Place of Posting : SEZ Noida
Salary: Up to 6.0 Lac PA
Brief Overview:
The requirement is with leading company, using variety of Fabrics to manufacturing Lamp shades decorative lighting confirming to CE, UL, and BSI specifications. It is a leading name in Indian and Overseas decorative lamp shade market since 1948.
Hence the Assistant Manager/ Sr. Engineer Quality/ QC/ Testing should be well versed with all types of Fabric, testing/ QC of fabrics, Woven Fabric and knowledge of ISO/ Audit Compliance and SAP will be advantage.
Role & Responsibilities:
Monitor check list of incoming material and ensure product quality from Vendors.
Perform vendor audits and submit vendor assessment reports.
Perform Fabric Testing such as Color Fastening to light, Rubbing Test, Washing Test, Count Measurement, Read and Pik, Measuring, GSM, Color shade matching and general defect in the fabric.
Sound knowledge of Fabric like Vicus Fabric, Silk, Jute, Cotton, Cotton Dobe, Linen, Embroidery and fabric Printing, Off set Printing,, Calendaring, Toping-up etc.
Maintenance and ensure Calibration of testing Equipments.
Prepare List of Material of Product/ BOM and SAP updation.
Develop samples as per client requirements and maintain record of all products/ SKUs.
Develop Quality Control Processes for production line and perform Inline, Middle line and Final Random Line Inspection/ FRI Inspection.
Prepare CAPA based on RCA/ Root Cause Analysis to address quality complaints as per product defect classification list and develop Product Specification Sheet.
Maintain Record of GSS and Silver Seal/Gold Seal sample submission to customer.
Ensure product packaging and labeline.as per customer specifications.
Ensure all documentation as per ISO 9001 2015, lead ISO audits, environmental and Ethical Audit initiatives including imparting operational and quality trainings.
Prepare monthly MIS and present the same in MPRM MIS.
