Designation: Head Engg/ R&D and Product Testing Auto Component Mfg Gurgaon
Industry: MNC a leading Auto Component Manufacturing Company with 58 years of existence
Place of Posting: Gurgaon
Salary: Up to Rs. Up to 30.0 Lac
Role & Responsibilities:
Process/ Manufacturing Engineering.
Design & Development (R&D).
Familiar with usage of Design and Testing Software Tools like Autocad, Pro/Engineer, Q Basic & Lab view.
Product Testing Planning and new product/ Prototype Development.
Validation of jig fixture, Test Bench testing.
Design & Process Failure Mode effect analysis (DFMEA/PFMEA) & Design Review.
Interaction with customer for their specific requirements/ CSR during product Development.
Design and Test Personnel Management.
Product Design Development and Testing.
Endurance Test rigs for Normal and High Temp. Environment.
Report generation / benchmarking based on data collected.
New Product Development/ NPD) and Project Management.
Desired Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
BE/ B.Tech/ Diploma in Tool Design with 10+ years experience in leading Engineering,/ R&D/ Product Development/ Testing in Auto Component Manufacturing Company.
Research Orientation with ability to translate customer requirements to Product Design.
Ability to adhere to all documentation related to TS:16949 and ISO.
Sound knowledge of new product costing, product cost check sheet, trial and validation as per customer needs.
