Job Description
- Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content for online and classroom facilitated learning
- Working with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs
- Setting instructional end goals and creating content that matches them
- Visualizing and building instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Analyzing and applying trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
- Providing exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Creating supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)
- Devising modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
- Maintaining project documentation and course folders via document library
Required Candidate profile
- Must have EXCEPTIONAL grasp of English, both spoken and written
- 3+ years of instructional design experience that required an in-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models, lesson and curriculum planning skills
- 3+ years of experience using the with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3+ years of experience utilizing e-Learning platforms such as Adobe InDesign and Storyline 360
- 3+ years of experience writing effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
Note: Shift timings - 5.30pm to 3.30am (US Shift).
Work Location - Ambit IT Park.
