Manual Testing , HPALM & Automation
Expertise on HP ALM, TFS, Selenium
Ability to confidently engage with client/stakeholders
Ability to engage with and manage 3rd parties in relation to the role
Application of Quality Management expertise in an application management environment
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, regions and organizations
Structured approach to planning, communications and client acceptance
Understanding of documentation standards and good presentation skills
Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement in process
People management and mentoring
Ability to manage multiple integration test processes in complex releases
Ability to quickly pick up expertise on other proprietary tools like Ansible
