Position: Team Lead -(Team Handling/DL2/VVIP/VIP User Support)

Location: Sewri

Roles and Responsibilities

a. Managing a team of technical support resources.

b. Resolution of escalated IT support cases in Coordination with other Technical Leads, BPCL IT Functional Teams, BPCL Business teams, Users, OEMs and Vendors etc.

c. Develop and maintain the Process and Technical Knowledge Base based on the reported cases and input received from BPCL Functional Teams for the training and ready reference by other support technicians.

d. Any other application administration role assigned by BPCL Management in the capacity of senior L2 technician, including but not limited to Antivirus management, Patch Management, Audio-Video Support and Network Support.

e. New Projects / IT implementations / testing / troubleshooting as guided by BPCL Functional Teams / OEMs.

f. Guidance to the team, performance review, training and maintenance of SLAs.

g. Other jobs falling in the ambit of overall IT support / Services as assigned by BPCL Management.
