Job Description

Head-Sales: India & Middle East (based in Mumbai):

Job Objective: build and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, identify new revenue opportunities, present solutions in a compelling manner and ensure commercial success. Will have to travel to Middle East on a need-basis

KRAs Will lead the entire sales process

Will ideate new strategies and ensure the revenue targets are met

Will be the single point of contact for existing customer accounts and manage client relationships with senior executives up to and including CXO level

Create and be responsible for account plans

Provide value-added solutions through a consultative approach

Own the relationship with each of the identified accounts, ensuring a high quality, positive and mutually profitable business partnership

Support all customer projects. Will be the link between the customer and the delivery teams

Responsible for the financial health of each account

Candidate Profile: Graduates / MBAs with 10-16 years experience selling of software solutions. Exposure to sales to Manufacturing, BFSI, Automobile, Retail, Pharma, Chemical organisations is desirable. Exposure to sales to Middle East will be an advantage.
