Job Description
- Be responsible for the sales and closure of the loan offer to customers, by helping them get the best loan suited possible for them and assist on documentation closure
- Drive cross sell sales of multiple products (insurance, savings, etc) to the allocated customers
- Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate the same effectively to customers
- Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution
Please note both roles are a desk job and not an on-field role Attributes we are looking for :
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a fintech, bank, NBFC, insurance, ecommerce, food-tech company
- Experience in managing Insurance agents or small DSAs or connectors is a plus
- Exposure to personal loan / insurance products is a plus
- Fast learner and passion for sales, with good convincing & negotiation skills
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
